• 40 Assisted Living suites
• 80 Complex Care beds
• Three 10-bed Dementia Cottage Care beds
• Construction began early 2007
• Anticipated opening in June 2008

The project site is located in the Chase River neighborhood in South Nanaimo at 10th street and Lawlor Road.
