The Good Samaritan Seniors’ Clinic helps seniors with complex health issues remain as independent as possible by providing primary health care or partnering with family physicians. Essentially the clinic is a physician’s office devoted to seniors.

Appointments at the clinic involve:

• Assessing patient health and dealing with any issues
• Developing a treatment plan to help patients be healthy and independent
• Discussing treatment plans with patients and their family/caregiver
• Making contact with any required community services
• Partnering with family physicians to manage ongoing care

The clinic team includes physicians with training in caring for seniors, nurses with advanced training in geriatrics, a pharmacist, and a unit clerk/receptionist.

The clinic is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

New patients can be referred to the clinic by their family doctor and/or health care staff.
