The Good Samaritan Society Vista Village opened in Pincher Creek in 2002 offering seniors multiple levels of support. Highlights of the facility include:

- Common areas include TV and activity rooms, lounges, dining room, private family dining room and laundry room
- Outdoor areas include a landscaped courtyard
The Good Samaritan Society Vista Village Designated Assisted Living program offers a unique alternative for people requiring care. Residents direct their own lifestyle preferences and personal care services. Caring compassionate staff assist residents on a 24-hour seven days a week basis. LPNs, assisted living workers, food services, therapy services and community care nurses work together with the residents to help them decide the best choices.
Each studio suite is approximately 400 square feet, has a locking door, combination living/sleeping area, a kitchenette, and a three-piece bathroom with wheelchair accessible shower. There are also 4 one-bedroom suites for couples. Resident's provide their own furnishings. The common areas are decorated to make them home-like and inviting.

There is one 10-bed dementia care cottage attached to the main building. The cottage is a unique duplex design that creates a home-like setting for up to 10 clients with dementia. Each half of the duplex has 5 bedrooms, a living room with fireplace, kitchen, and secure access to a fenced yard. Clients furnish their own rooms, making them feel more at home by surrounding themselves with items that are familiar to them. Clients are included in the events of daily living to the extent that they are accustomed and able.
There are five Community Support Beds at Vista
Village available for short stays for a period of up to
two months for clients requiring respite, palliative and
convalescence care.
Good Samaritan Vista Village offers 20 suites of
independent living. Of these 20 suites, 18 are studio
suites that are approximately 300 square feet and
contain a kitchenette and fully accessible bathroom. Two
suites are 1 bedroom
and are approximately 550 square feet with full
kitchens. Meals, housekeeping, and laundry services are
offered as options to all independent living tenants.
Nine of the 20 suites are designated as affordable
housing suites for
