The Good Samaritan Seniors’ Clinic helps seniors with complex health issues remain as independent as possible by providing primary health care or partnering with family physicians. Essentially the clinic is a physician’s office devoted to seniors.

Appointments at the clinic involve: Assessing patient health and dealing with any issues Developing a treatment plan to help patients be healthy and independent Discussing treatment plans with patients and their family/caregiver Making contact with any required community services Partnering with family physicians to manage ongoing care

The clinic team includes physicians with training in caring for seniors, nurses with advanced training in geriatrics, a pharmacist, and a unit clerk/receptionist.

The clinic is open Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm.
New patients can be referred to the clinic by their family doctor and/or health care staff.
