Team Coordinator / Client Services Facilitator

Core Requirements for the Team Coordinator Position / Client Services Facilitator:

1. Must have 2 year Rehabilitation Practitioner diploma or equivalent certification in the field of Human Services.

2. Candidates should have leadership experience and experience supporting persons with developmental disabilities.

3. Experience developing and implementing programs and service plans.

4. Good organizational and time management skills and strong oral and written English communication skills are necessary.

5. Additional responsibilities will include personal care, lifting and transferring, and behavioral management.

6. A current and clear criminal records check (no older than 90 days) is required for all new employees.
