On Thursday, June 14 golfers took to the greens at The Links in Spruce Grove on a warm, sunny day to participate in the 20th Annual Servus Credit Union Spirit of Caring Golf Tournament. This years' proceeds went to support the Close to Home Capital Campaign for the new Good Samaritan Stony Plain Care Centre.
We had an overwhelming response and the tournament sold out early. A total of 156 golfers had a great day of golf, fun and some very good scores. We are so fortunate for the support of all of our sponsors, golfers, and prize and silent auction donors. We are working to finalize the total amount of the proceeds and we will update this post as that information comes available. Thank you to each and everyone one of you for your support in reaching our goal.
